T's Treasure is run by Tonina Varley, a sole trader based in Hartlepool, United Kingdom.

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you order.

2. Our products

All our products are handmade in small batches, so colours, glitter and shapes may vary slightly from the photos.
Please read the safety label on each product before use. Never leave a lit burner unattended, and keep wax melts, burners and sprays away from children and pets.
Our products are not food. Do not eat them.
If you have allergies, check the allergen information on the label or email us before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery is shown in your basket before you pay.
Multi-buy offers are applied automatically in your basket and may change or end at any time. Offers already in your basket when you pay will be honoured.
Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Your order

After you pay, you'll get an email receipt. Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through.
If we can't supply something (for example if a scent has sold out), we'll email you to offer an alternative or a full refund for that item.
For gift boxes and bags, tell us your scent choices in the box on the payment page. If you don't, we'll choose a nice mix for you.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellations

Please see our Returns & Delivery page. This includes your right to cancel within 14 days.

6. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by not following the product safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
